Anthony Kingsley is a British motivational speaker and expert Alexander Technique practitioner available to book through Champions Motivational Speakers.
Named after Australian actor Frederick Matthias Alexander, the Alexander Technique teaches people how to avoid unnecessary muscular and mental tension during their everyday activities, and is an educational process rather than a relaxation technique or form of exercise.
Completing his own training in 1986, Anthony has nearly thirty years working as both an Alexander Technique teacher and motivational speaker. He leads seminars on physical and personal health and helps teach others how to incorporate the Alexander Technique into their lifestyle.
Anthony has a powerful mind-body approach to the Alexander Technique. He is uniquely qualified to empathically support a person through challenging and stressful life situations.
As well as working as a practitioner and motivational speaker, Anthony has been training others how to teach and train the Alexander Technique since 1989 and has helped more than 100 trainers to qualify in the UK.
Anthony provides private lessons from his own Alexander Studio in Central London as well as coaching on the benefits of the Alexander Technique to large audiences at after-dinner speaker events.
Furthermore he has been called upon to act as a consultant and expert on stress management to those within the health care and medical professions, and is also the presenter of the popular Alexander Technique DVD, “From Stress to Freedom”.
