The Apprentice 2015: Joseph Valente picked by Lord Sugar as Series 11 winner

Another series of The Apprentice has come to an end, and Lord Alan Sugar’s longevous business reality programme shows no sign of slowing down – since 2008, the show has drawn in an average of more than seven million viewers per season.

The 2015 crown went to Joseph Valente, a 25-year-old plumber who bounced back from a tough childhood and being expelled from school to set up his own business and cruise through the show’s challenges before being named as Lord Sugar’s business partner.

The business magnate said of his winner: “Joseph is a great example of what’s possible. He turned his life around and decided he was going to go to work and here he is today, a well-deserved winner of The Apprentice and I look forward to him being my business partner. I hope it [his win] inspires a lot of people to see what is possible in this world.”

Joseph follows in the footsteps of Ricky Martin, Leah Totton and Mark Wright in winning the popular television show, billed by many as the “job interview from hell”, and can expect a bright future in the world of business with this great addition to his CV.

At The Motivational Speakers Agency, we can book Lord Sugar himself to share his life stories, business tips and Apprentice anecdotes with a corporate audience, as well as other influential entrepreneurs such as Baroness Karren Brady, Lord Sugar’s advisor.
