Early in her career, she worked for the G8 Climate Change & Corporate Policy Report as a Sales and Business Development Manager. This role sparked her passion for corporate and environmental sustainability, which she later infused into her entrepreneurial journey. In 2012, Ayesha co-founded Mountain Lion Limited, where she led contract negotiations with local juice manufacturers and cashew farmers in Sierra Leone, creating a groundbreaking cashew apple juice project that generated over 300 jobs. Then, drawing on her vast experience in international trade and development, Ayesha launched Honey Corn with a mission to offer eco-friendly skincare solutions that align with her values of sustainability and ethics.
