Naomi Sesay is a woman of many talents, with vast experience as a TV Presenter & Producer, entrepreneur and advocate for diversity and inclusion. Currently the Head of Creative Diversity for Channel 4, she has also been the On Screen Diversity Executive and Interim Head of Diversity & Inclusion for Channel 4 previously. Her journey as a keynote speaker began in 2004 and Naomi is available to hire for a range of events where she explains the value of a diverse workforce in achieving success in business.
Apart from her role at Channel 4, Naomi is the Founder and CEO of Swiipe Wealth – an educational organisation and community that aims to facilitate financial security through passive income for people who are ready to take the steps towards financial freedom. In the same vein she created and is the Founder and Owner of Billionaire Ladies Club – an organisation that helps female entrepreneurs create global transformation through wealth. She has also been the Director of Global Infinity where she helped women create wealth and make the world a better place through social enterprise. An expert educator, Naomi has developed some extraordinary workshops, such as “The Law of Intention Experience”, “Reality Check” which is a youth program, and "Create Change” which is an entrepreneurship program meant to help women who struggle with financial decisions. Naomi has also worked with and trained some of the biggest organisations like Google, Deloitte, Lloyds, YouTube, NBC Universal, ITN, IPA and the Cabinet Office when she served as the Head of Youth Media Engagement and Head of Innovation and Diversity at Media Trust later.
Today a champion of diversity and inclusion, Naomi has helped audiences from Warner Bros, Heathrow, Viacom, McCann and UN Woman, on how to connect with and lead a diverse cohort. On the completion of her BA (Hons) degree from Brunel University, Naomi started out as a Presenter and Producer on MTV News. She has since then worked as Producer/Director on notable projects like Big Brother on Channel 4 and The Mag on Channel 5. An author too, she wrote “The Human Upgrade” which was based on her powerful workshop transformational workshop “The Law of Intention Experience”. After building a school in Matamp, Sierra Leonne, Naomi is set to develop the very first female-centric sustainable Smart City in Matamp to uplift marginalised African communities. For her impeccable community work she received the IDOX Award for Journalism.
