Nicole Malachowski is a retired Colonel of the United States Air Force – having dedicated more than twenty years to this position. With three operations as a Fighter Pilot under her belt, she has been a Commander of the 333rd Fighter Squadron and the first female Thunderbird #3 Right Wing Demonstration Pilot for the United States Air Force. Nicole is now available to share more about her illustrious career when hired as a speaker for a wide range of events.
Commissioner of the President’s Commission on White House Fellowships since 2021, Nicole is also the CEO and Founder of Nicole Malachowski & Associates. Recipient of the IAVA 2020 Veteran Leadership Award, Nicole was inducted in the 2019 National Women’s Hall of Fame. This comes as no surprise given her years of service to the nation, having also closely worked with advised First Lady Mrs. Michelle Obama and First Lady Dr. Jill Biden. In her capacity as the Executive Director of the White House’s national ‘Joining Forces’ program, she often advised them on pertinent matters such as employment, education, mental health and veteran’s homelessness.
As someone who was afflicted with Tick Borne Disease, that unfortunately led to her ending her successful career unexpectedly, Nicole now is a staunch advocate for better medical support for US Army Officers. She is subsequently a Patient Advisory Board Member of The Dean Centre for Tick-Borne Diseases and a Board Member for the LiveLyme Foundation. Nicole is insistent that education and awareness is increased on these issues and that better diagnostic testing and treatment is provided to those who require it.
