Louise began her career as Operations Manager at Alexander Proudfoot before developing her commercial expertise as a Business Analyst with The Innovations Group and Debenhams. She later became Operations Director at Scotts of Stow, refining her customer service and operational leadership skills before holding similar senior roles with The Cotswold Company and Findel Direct, where she oversaw large contact centre and warehousing operations across multiple retail brands. She then served as Transformation Project Lead for the Borough of Poole, delivering major organisational change and operational efficiencies. Drawing on this extensive experience, Louise co-founded GoHenry in 2012, creating a prepaid Visa debit card and app that empower children to develop healthy financial habits. Under her leadership, Louise grew GoHenry from zero to £95m in revenue and over £90 in ARR, expanded internationally through the acquisition of PixPay in France and later merged with Acorns to strengthen its presence in the United States. She also played a significant role in securing the introduction of financial education into the primary school curriculum from 2028. She serves on Innovate Finance's Unicorn Council for UK FinTech and is a Board Advisor for The Payments Association, contributing to the future direction of financial technology.
