Her leadership trajectory continued at BP, where she became Global Head of Customer Experience and Thought Leadership, overseeing digital strategy, brand and communications. Helen later joined Virgin, leading Virgin Insight and then becoming Head of Marketing for Virgin Red, where she helped launch and grow a new mobile first business.
