Nikki Greenberg has taken the real estate development industry by a storm with her exemplary skills as an innovation strategist. Nikki holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Master’s degrees in Architecture and Commerce from UNSW. In 2007, she joined Lend Lease as an Urban Designer and has since worked as a Graduate Architect at the Buchan Group, Graduate Architect at Koichi Takada Architects, New Development Marketing Lead at Link Realty International and Head of Marketing at Greeland Holding Group. Most recently, Nikki served as Head of Technology and Digital Management at QIC where she defined digital solutions across QIC’s $17 billion asset portfolio.
In her two years as Director of Innovation and Marketing at Brown Harris Stevens Development Marketing, Nikki advised on matters regarding technology, deign, planning, branding and market strategies for residential and mixed-use developments. As a leader in this space, she has worked on projects for Silverstein, JDS and Adam America in New York; CapitaLands in Asia; and Mirvac, Payce, Frasers, Citta Group, and Crown Group in Australia. Nikki’s stellar career has taken her all over the world, justifying her reputation as a digital nomad.
An Advisor to the World Smart Cities Forum, Nikki is also Founder and Global Ambassador for Women in PropTech. She has previously been Founding Member and Co-Chair of the Real Estate Technology and Innovation Council for ULI too.
