Miriam’s career began in talent acquisition and recruitment, gaining early experience as a Recruiting Associate at Allianz Technology before broadening her commercial and people expertise through roles with Bain & Company, Michael Page and Scalable Capital. She joined Westwing in 2016 as an HR Generalist and has since progressed through a series of increasingly senior leadership positions. As Team Lead HR Business Partner, Director HR & Organisation and later VP People & Culture, she helped guide the company’s journey from ambitious start-up to scale-up and ultimately to a publicly listed business. As part of the executive team, she has overseen global people strategy across international offices and warehouse operations, building and leading a significantly expanded HR function while supporting a diverse workforce representing more than 80 nationalities.
