Having forged a highly successful career, Rita’s first major role came as the Vice Chairman and Executive Planning Director of Saatchi & Saatchi. Building crucial knowledge of business leadership and brand strategy, Rita was then appointed as the Non-Executive Director of Dixons Retail. In 1997, she then became the CEO and Chairman of Interbrand, a position in which she worked for almost 15 years. She has since been a Non-Executive Chairman of Populus Limited, a Trustee and Fellow of WWF UK, a Panel Member of Target Neutral for BP and President of the Market Research Society.
Other prominent roles of Rita’s include being the Trustee and Director of the Henley Festival, Non-Executive Director of Bupa, Chairman of The Conservation Volunteers, Board Trustee of the Green Alliance and Board Mentor of Cricticaleye.
