Loren Robb is a mental health and wellbeing advocate, motivational speaker and former international sports intermediary who combines experience from elite global sport with two decades of mental health advocacy. An award-winning athlete whose own sporting career was cut short by severe injury and illness, Loren has experienced high performance from multiple perspectives, as a competitor, talent specialist and advisor operating around professional sport. Today, he draws on these experiences alongside his deeply personal journey as a caregiver to address resilience, psychological wellbeing and sustainable performance. His mission is to help athletes, leaders and organisations protect human wellbeing without sacrificing their ambition to succeed.
Loren's connection with high performance began through his own experiences as an athlete before injury and illness brought his competitive career to an unexpected end. He subsequently became a self-taught student of global sports strategy and moved into talent identification and representation. In 2018, Loren became an SMWW Agent Advisor with Sports Management Worldwide and an intermediary with Football Australia. From 2020, he further developed his expertise through talent identification and scouting, working across sporting environments and collaborating with major agencies to identify talent and support international recruitment.
As his career progressed, Loren operated at the intersection of talent, commercial relationships and elite sport. He became a franchise owner within the American Premier League in 2021 before serving as a Director of Global Seven Entertainment from 2022 to 2025. Across approximately eight years working internationally as a sports intermediary and talent identification specialist, Loren has navigated negotiations involving club owners, high-net-worth individuals, corporate executives and elite athletes. This experience exposed him to the pressures surrounding professional performance, competition and decision-making, providing a foundation for his work addressing the human realities behind high-performance environments.
Loren's most profound understanding of resilience, however, developed away from professional sport. For seven years, he was the primary live-in caregiver for his mother as she experienced severe mental health challenges and advanced dementia, balancing those responsibilities with the demands of his international career. Following her passing in 2026, Loren committed his platform to advancing mental health and wellbeing for athletes and corporate leaders. Drawing on 20 years of advocacy, caregiving, sporting setbacks and high-pressure professional experience, Loren delivers empathetic and actionable insights into resilience, psychological survival and sustainable success. As a motivational speaker, he challenges organisations to recognise that protecting wellbeing and pursuing exceptional performance should work together rather than compete.
