Before becoming a full-time speaker and coach, Gaëlle spent approximately 13 years working within international financial services. Gaëlle held roles with Société Générale and Bank of America Merrill Lynch before progressing to senior positions at HSBC. Her responsibilities included working as Regional Client Selection Manager, Head of GLCM Wellbeing Communications and Regional Client Documentation Manager and Negotiator.
