As a tennis and after dinner speaker, Andrew relates his time as the nation’s finest Tennis player to everyday business and personal situations; providing people with the motivation to get the best out of their efforts. Andrew turned professional in 1986 and quickly established himself as the nation’s best Tennis player. During his time on the men’s tour, Andrew won three doubles titles and enjoyed a mixed doubles final at the 1987 Australian Open.
Retiring in 1992, Andrew became part of Sky’s tennis broadcasting team alongside Sue Barker, before going on to take a more comprehensive role presenting a multitude of sporting competitions including golf opens and the Daytona 500. Andrew represents Surrey at senior level and continues to make playing appearances at tennis events globally. In more recent times, Castle has joined the BBC as a TV Presenter with former Sky colleague Sue Barker to host the Wimbledon Championships and other grand slams each year.
Additionally, Andrew also contributes a regular tennis column for The Metro, drawing upon his knowledge of the game and the insights into competing at the highest levels of the sport. Besides his successful broadcasting career, Andrew is highly sought after as a tennis speaker and awards ceremony host. Andrew has appeared for many large corporate clients including, Ariel, Abercrombie & Kent and the Sunday Times.
