Tiffany’s career began in government, where she rose to senior leadership positions in the Cabinet Office and Central Office of Information between 2006 and 2009. As Head of Marketing, Communications Director and later Head of Public Participation, she was at the forefront of shaping government digital policy. Her expertise was also recognised when she was invited to join the Advisory Council for Public Engagement at the Speaker of the House of Commons. In 2010, she moved into the private sector, driving digital business development at Hava Worldwide London and soon after became Global Social Media Strategist at Aegon Global Technology.
Since then, Tiffany has combined leadership roles with entrepreneurial ventures. She founded Transmute in 2014, co-founded Curate42 in 2020, and has taken on senior positions, including Chief Commercial Officer at Sustainable Wellness and Vitalis Capital Limited, as well as Chief AI Officer at Liverpool City Combined Authority. She is also a columnist for NewDigitalAge, a lecturer for the Alliance of Independent Agencies, and UK Country Director for the Global AI Council. Alongside her career, Tiffany has invested in her own learning, gaining a BA in International Marketing Management, advanced study in educational technology at MIT, and an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology in Organisations and Leadership.
