An alumnus of Lund University, Tracy received her Master’s in Environmental Studies and Sustainability Science. Very early on in her career, Tracy became the Regional Sustainability Manager at the IKEA Group – a role she managed for nearly a decade. During this time, she developed green procurement policies for IKEA so that its environmental savings and competitiveness are evaluated. More recently, Tracy served as the Senior Director of Global Environment at Adidas, where she developed and implemented a global environment sustainability strategy and program in her six years there.
Formerly the Chairperson of the United Nations Fashion Climate Charter, Tracy has also been the Director of Global Sustainability at Lululemon Athletica and Director of the Thai-Canadian Chamber of Commerce. Tracy has developed her knowledge in subjects related to corporate responsibility by working across a myriad of roles, companies, and countries over the years. Her varied experience facilitates her ability to create new programs and implement them in the organisations she consults.
Tracy is particularly skilled at engaging and communicating with C-suite and S-level employees, suppliers, industry associations, and NGOs in matters related to low-carbon manufacturing, sustainability, policy engagement, and circular economy potentials amongst other things. She is now also available to hire as a speaker for events where she demonstrates these skills and speak more about why she thinks sustainability efforts are beneficial to business performance.
