Soon enough, however, he discovered advertising and ended up becoming the Creative Director of some of the UK’s most respected agencies. Dave has worked as an advertising creative for 20 years, leading the creative departments of agencies including Ogilvy, Poke and McCann Worldgroup.
He now runs Additive, a company focussed on inspiring and training the advertising industry, and also hosts the Future of Advertising podcast and is the author of A User Guide to the Creative Mind. An engaging business speaker, Dave can rely upon a vast wealth of inspirational life events to give depth to his talks and speeches. Most recently he’s spoken to the music industry in Reykjavik, the mobile industry in Chantilly, the advertising industry in New York and the communications industry all over the UK.
