Starting her career at Fitzgerald Analytics, Ayesha has grown from strength to strength to establish herself as a global leader. Having held several senior positions, Ayesha was driven to encourage more women into the sector due to a lack of diversity, and in 2014 founded 21C Girls, a charity that gives free classes on AI, robotics, and coding for girls in local communities. Continuing her global approach, Ayesha became a Member of the Global Future Council for the World Economic Forum in 2019, a role in which she offers leading insights on emerging technologies.
