Jenny Garrett is on a mission to propel Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic leaders to success in business. She is a coach, author and now can also be booked as a speaker. She is proficient at speaking on topics like diversity and inclusion as a result of her experience in training, mentoring and supporting organisations in inclusive leadership.
A coach and leadership trainer with 20 years worth of experience under her belt, she is the founder of the first Diverse Executive Coach Directory in the UK. This organisation connects coaches of Black, Asian and Ethnic Minority backgrounds with other organisations and has worked with Mastercard, Ernst & Young, and the NHS, amongst others. She has also been the Managing Director of the ILM accredited, Reflexion Associates. Here, she is responsible for creating programmes for companies that will help them extract better leadership skills, diversity and potential from individual leaders.
Having worked at the Cherie Blaire Foundation as a guide to women in business, she has given two TEDx talks and frequents Sky News and LBC radio as a commentator. As a fellow at the Royal Society for the Encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce she intends to reform the conditions in institutions around the world. In 2021, Jenny was a well-deserved recipient of the OBE which she was awarded for her services to entrepreneurship.
Propositioned to join Sky News to address workplace gender sexism and equality, Jenny is an expert at coaching. She is an advocate for inclusive leadership and uses her platform to do the same.
