Vernā Myers has been the Founder and CEO of The Vernā Myers Company – a renowned diversity and inclusion consultancy since 1996. An inclusion strategist, cultural innovator, and social commentator, she is the VP of Inclusion Strategy for Netflix. Her illustrious career of helping organisations eradicate barriers surrounding race, gender, ethnicity and other differences has led her to receive the Diversity Champion Award by Pepper Hamilton LLP.
