Regina Quartey is a business strategist, management academic, career coach and motivational speaker who empowers ambitious women to own their narrative, refine their personal brand and lead with confidence. A multidimensional professional and entrepreneur, she is the founder and CEO of ExeQutive, a coaching and branding agency that supports senior leaders and emerging executives in presenting themselves authentically and strategically. Her work blends commercial rigour with lived experience, making her a trusted voice on leadership, identity and impact.
Regina’s early life was defined by extraordinary challenge and resilience. Raised by a single mother, she spent her childhood moving through foster care, living with 12 families and attending 17 schools before entering permanent foster care in 2002 and being adopted by the age of eleven. Exposed to different cultures, languages and environments from a young age, she became fluent in four languages by the age of six. These formative experiences shaped her deep empathy, adaptability and passion for helping women navigate systems that were not designed with them in mind.
Professionally, Regina has built an impressive career across government, technology, consulting and public policy. She has held senior roles at Vodafone, the UK Government Digital Service, PwC and NTT Data, leading digital transformation, EU exit strategy, technology policy and large-scale organisational change. In 2023, she became Co-Chair of the PwC Black Network and later led executive strategy and corporate development, before stepping into consulting transformation leadership. Alongside her corporate career, she has advised boards and academic institutions, including the School of Law and Social Sciences.
As a speaker, Regina is known for her authenticity, clarity and purpose-driven delivery. She shares her personal journey not for inspiration alone, but to demonstrate what is possible when women are given the tools to lead on their own terms. Working with clients including PwC UK, Uber UK, the London School of Economics, National Highways and Women in Technology World Series, Regina’s talks help audiences connect identity, ambition and leadership into a powerful, sustainable narrative.
