Tasha possesses an MS in Industrial and Organisational Psychology and a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organisational Psychology from Colorado State University. She served as an Adjunct Professor at Colorado State University before she joined as Principal Consultant at CH2M Hill where she later became Manager of Learning and Organisational Development. Tasha has also been the Director of Leadership and Organisational Development at HealthOne and an Adjunct Faculty Member at the Center for Creative Leadership.
