He specialises in understanding how psychology influences financial choices, helping individuals and organisations make smarter, more confident, and more sustainable decisions. With a PhD in Behavioural Decision Theory from the University of Cambridge, he has become one of the most respected voices in investor behaviour and modern financial thinking.
Greg began his career applying behavioural science to real-world business challenges, working at Oliver Wyman before joining Decision Technology as Director. His work gained international recognition in 2006 when he became Managing Director and Head of Behavioural Quant Finance at Barclays, where he established the first behavioural finance team in global banking.
