Hermina Ibarra is the Charles Handy Professor of Organisational Behaviour at London Business School. Hermina holds an MA and PhD in Organisational Behaviour from Yale and has held many prestigious teaching positions. She spent 13 years as a professor of Organisational Behaviour at Harvard Business School, five years as an instructor of Global Leadership Fellows at the World Economic Forum and 14 years as the Cora Chaired Professor of Leadership and Learning Professor of Organisational Behaviour at INSEAD before joining LBS.
