Avra is the Founder and CEO of Life Self Coaching, a global executive coaching practice dedicated to developing high-performing leaders. She has coached and mentored more than 10,000 senior executives throughout her career, supporting professionals navigating high-pressure environments where communication and influence are essential. Her clients include multinational corporations, entrepreneurs, senior managers and government leaders seeking to improve executive presence, decision-making and strategic communication. Avra’s unique perspective comes from combining extensive corporate experience with deep coaching expertise, allowing her to understand both the strategic and human challenges leaders face every day.

Avra brings strong academic foundations alongside her professional experience. She holds a Ph.D. in Strategic Corporate Communication, a Master’s degree in International Management, and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations. Earlier in her career she held leadership roles in Human Resources, Customer Intelligence and Marketing Communications at Piraeus Bank, where she developed programmes that strengthened leadership capability across the organisation. Today, Avra continues to inspire audiences through keynote talks that explore leadership communication, influence, resilience and personal visibility.
