Campbell's career has taken him across a remarkable range of senior leadership positions. He began in sales with NCR and Ultimate Computers before founding InterMark Multimedia and later joining Andersen Consulting as a Senior Manager specialising in change. He went on to become Head of eBusiness at AMP Group, working across brands including Pearl, Henderson Investors, NPI, London Life, Cogent and Virgin Direct. As Marketing Director for Virgin Wines, Smartlogik and Brightstation, he successfully led national brand growth before joining Sesame as both Board Director and HR Director. Campbell later became Strategy Director for Zurich Global Life Emerging Markets and Zurich International Life before directing corporate strategy for Zurich and serving as Senior Adviser to the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority. Alongside becoming Principal of Change & Strategy International Ltd, he has also held Non-Executive Director positions with Excursions, where he helped triple revenue, and BP Northbound, where he contributed to doubling revenue ahead of a successful sale.
An accomplished author and thought leader, Campbell published his acclaimed debut book, 'The Change Catalyst', which went on to win the inaugural UK Business Book of the Year. He followed this with 'The Power to Change', shortlisted for the Business Book Awards, before publishing 'You: Part Two', exploring successful midlife transitions, and later 'Leading with Influence', introducing his high EQ leadership framework.
