Dr Elizabeth Feigin is a psychologist and workplace engagement specialist who helps organisations understand people beneath the surface. Her career spans clinical work, education and corporate consulting, giving her a rare insight into how culture shapes behaviour and performance. With a Doctorate in Psychology and Psychotherapy, an MPhil from the University of Cambridge and years working with adolescents, offenders, senior leaders and diverse communities, Elizabeth brings a grounded, human lens to the challenges teams face today. She has an instinct for drawing out what motivates people and an ability to translate psychological theory into clear, practical steps leaders can take straight away.
Elizabeth’s work centres on engaging and retaining Millennials and Gen Z, along with helping businesses understand different brain types, needs and communication styles. As the Founder and CEO of Dr Elizabeth Consultancy, she supports leaders across sectors to build cultures that strengthen trust and unlock potential. Her sessions help organisations move beyond judgement or generational stereotypes and build the skills needed for genuine connection. In one workshop with a growing finance firm, she guided managers through a new feedback approach that shifted the team’s atmosphere within weeks, leading to higher engagement and a measurable rise in confidence among junior staff.
Her clinical experience is equally influential. Elizabeth has worked across high security forensics, rehabilitation centres, community mental health teams and private practice, supporting people through anxiety, depression, trauma, harmful behaviours and suicidal ideation. As a BPS accredited Psychologist, UKCP accredited Psychotherapist and practitioner at Therapy Harley Street, she offers a safe and productive space for clients of all ages, from teenagers to C suite leaders. This work keeps her connected to the emotional realities people face beyond the office, which she weaves into her talks with striking clarity. She is also the Head of Education at Noa Girls, where she develops preventative mental health programmes for young people.
Elizabeth’s speaking style is warm, direct and deeply informed. She pairs evidence based methods such as CBT, attachment theory and trauma processing with the lived experience of those she has supported. Organisations value how she challenges assumptions gently but firmly and how she bridges gaps in communication, resilience and generational understanding. Her aim is simple: to help workplaces become places where people feel understood, motivated and capable of their best.
