Tomas Chamorro-Premuzic is a globally recognised expert in behavioural sciences, artificial intelligence, and leadership. After earning his MSc and PhD in Psychology at University College London, Tomas began his career there as a Professor of Business Psychology. He became a Professor at New York University in 2006, co-founded META Profiling in 2012, and began speaking at the World Bank that same year. In 2014, he was appointed CEO of Hogan Assessment Systems and joined Columbia University as a Professor. Tomas has been a Visiting Professor at Harvard and a Strategic Advisor to the United Nations since 2017. He is also the co-founder of Deeper Signals, a company championing AI-powered personality assessments.
