Jeff Brazier is best known for his career as a television presenter, first bursting onto the screens as a contestant on the show Shipwrecked. From that point on Jeff became a familiar face across British television, going on to feature on shows such as Simply The Best, Celebrity Wife Swap, The Farm and What Do Kids Know?. As a presenter, he has hosted the likes of Finders Keepers, guest reported for The X Factor, been a panellist on Loose @5:30! and part of the presenting team of I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! NOW!. Jeff has also shared his talents as a contestant on Dancing on Ice, Celebrity Total Wipe Out, Tipping Point: Lucky Stars, Celebrity SAS Who Dares Wins and Celebrity Masterchef.
Before his career as a television presenter, Jeff was formerly a professional footballer. In his youth career, he played for West Ham United, before progressing into his senior career playing for the likes of Leyton Orient, Canvey Island, Grays Athletic, Boreham Wood and more. Continuing to play football on a domestic level during his presenting career, Jeff has also been invited to play as part of the Celebrity Soccer Six and appeared on The Match. Jeff has also shared his time as a guest presenter on Sunday Scoop, This Morning and OK! TV.
Jeff is also widely known for his relationship with Jade Goody, who unfortunately passed away due to cervical cancer. After the passing of his partner and mother to his children, Jeff took on a new direction in his career using his grief and loss as a way of helping others in similar situations. Jeff wrote the book The Grief Survival Guide: How To Navigate Loss and All That Comes With It - a practical guide with reassuring and honest advice for those going through bereavement.
After cancer greatly affected his life, Jeff is now seen advocating for health awareness campaigns and raising money for a variety of charities such as Sports Relief. He also actively raises awareness of the danger of cervical and testicular cancer, whilst also encouraging more young people to have the potentially life-saving HPV injection. Jeff has also appeared on ITV’s The Real Full Monty to help raise awareness of testicular cancer. He is often a regular panel guest on the likes of Loose Women, discussing sensitive subjects such as mental health, physical illness and the importance of getting yourself checked out.
A truly inspirational figure, Jeff has also taken on the role of coaching and advising others who are experiencing bereavement and is now the host of the Only Human podcast. The Only Human podcast is a space where Jeff openly discusses difficult subjects, providing listeners with a space to share stories on parenting, uncertainty, mental health and many more challenging topics. With a successful presenting career behind him, Jeff is now booked as a host or speaker for corporate events sharing his passions for mental health, wellbeing and good health.
