Pauline Miller is the Chief Equity Officer, EMEA for Dentsu a global advertising agency. With an MSc in business psychology and as a highly accomplished senior diversity and inclusion leader, Pauline is a proficient speaker on diversity & inclusion, culture transformation, leadership & learning and building high performing cultures.
Before starting her present role at Dentsu, Pauline spent five years working for the prestigious Lloyds of London. She was responsible for organisational culture, diversity and inclusion, employee engagement and talent development. Exceptionally enthusiastic and knowledgeable about diversity and inclusion she led the Dive In Festival for diversity and inclusion across the insurance sector globally for Lloyds.
Pauline has accumulated a wealth of experience in the banking sector with previous experience working at several prominent banks, including State Street, Barclays Wealth, and Barclays Capital. With over 20 years of experience in the banking sector, Pauline’s experiences have not always been pleasant, and she has encountered workplace discrimination and instances of racism.
Her first-hand experiences have motivated her to speak out against workplace discrimination. Acknowledging the difficulties and challenges some minorities might face in progressing further in their careers, Pauline highlights the significance of adopting positive workplace diversity and inclusion policies, in leading long-term success for organisations.
An exceedingly active member of her community, Pauline volunteers much of her time for several local and national organisations. She is especially involved with human rights and empowering girls at an early age to help them with their careers. Pauline is a Trustee for McKenzie- Delis Foundation, Trustee & Advisor for Romildamor and Advisory Board Member for Girl UP a United Nations Foundation.
