Thais Compoint

Throughout her career, Thais has devoted her expertise to the fight for diversity and inclusion within the workplace. Internationally revered as an inclusive leader, Thais founded her company Déclic International in 2016. Thais launched Déclic International to help promote diversity and inclusion, supplying speaking, consulting and innovative training to better workforce diversity worldwide. Thais works to bring justice to people from BAME backgrounds as well as being a key advocate for the inclusion of LGBT+ and religious diversity. Passionate to see positive changed Thais works tirelessly with major businesses to make sure that they are taking actionable steps to be more inclusive employers.

Before establishing her company, Thais worked for three Fortune 500 companies. She was appointed as the Diversity Manager at VINCI in 2009, championing equality within their culture. Here she was responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs that worked to eradicate discrimination and she was a pivotal figure in 40 different diversity audits across the breadth of Europe, Qatar and the US. Thais was then appointed as the Associate Director of Diversity & Inclusion Europe for Coca-Cola in 2012. Whilst working for Coca-Cola Thais was a pioneer in increasing the female members of the workforce, seeing a 43% rise in the number of female executives. She also formulated the D&I Lab, a seminar that saw her work with various other companies to source enablers of specific diversity and inclusion areas. Then Thais was appointed as the Global Inclusion and Collaboration Business Partner of Cisco. Here she worked to develop training programs pivotal in unconscious bias and spearheaded the inclusion and diversity strategy. Her dedication to the sector has earnt Thais a revered reputation, with hundreds of top CEOs requesting her services across the globe.

Regarded as an industry-leading professional, Thais is internationally sought to deliver keynote addresses enriching audiences with erudite expertise. Adept in all area of diversity and inclusion, Thais champions racial, religious, LGBT and disability inclusion. Thais has also been fortunate to deliver three TEDx talks, titled How to Become a Better Leader Thanks to Darth Vador, Two Steps Anyone Can Take to Drive Inclusion and Diversity and Why Should You Invite a Stranger to have Coffee With You?. Her work in the sector has earnt Thais countless awards, claiming 16 globally and most recently awarded the 2020 Top Global Diversity and Inclusion Leader Award. Passionate to further the reach of her expertise in diversity, Thais also established the Inclusive Leadership Global Conference and has written a book titled Succeed as an Inclusive Leader.
