Risha Grant is a foremost bias, inclusion, and diversity expert, who is working to educate people about the importance of these concepts. She is an author as well as a community correspondent for NBC KJRH TV News 2. Risha can be booked as a speaker at a range of events where she speaks on topics like diversity and inclusion, having had umpteen experience from running her own diversity and consulting firm, Risha Grant LLC.

Risha completed her B.S. in Broadcast Journalism from Kansas State University. Having faced her own challenges as a woman of colour in Oklahoma as a youngster, Risha founded Risha Grant LLC, a one of its kind diversity & inclusion communications consulting firm in Oklahoma. From its inception in 1998, Risha Grant LLC has worked with several organisations like U.S Air Forces, Samsung Electronics America, Reserve Bank of Kansas and NBA’s Oklahoma City Thunder, giving them the tools to implement best practices ensuring diversity and inclusion.

From receiving a full athletic scholarship and simultaneously completed her AA in Mass Communications from Northern Oklahoma College to being featured in publications like Forbes, The Financial Times and Bloomberg Media, her work has been recognized several times. She was included in the Top 10 Most Powerful Women Leaders in HR list by PeopleHum, the 40 Top Women Keynote Speakers list by Real Leaders, the Top 100 HR Expert list, and the Speakers Turning Crisis into Opportunity list by Entrepreneur Magazine. She also received the NBA OKC Thunder Changemaker Award and the 2018 Inclusive Leadership Award.
