After originally obtaining a Bachelor of Law from the Universite Pierre Mendes France, Perrine pursued quite a different career. Perrine went on to study the marketing course at IAE Grenoble and began her career as a Marketing Manager at emarket. Building her knowledge of business, marketing and tech, Perrine continually impressed professionals with her skills and landed countless other marketing roles. She has acted as the EMEA Marketing Manager at nlyte Software, the EMEA Marketing Manager and Senior Marketing Manager at AvePoint and even worked for illustrious social media giant Facebook as the EMEA Platform Marketing Manager.
After working for Facebook for a short period of time, Perrine joined as the Marketing Manager at Pivotal Software. Here she further built her experience of the EMEA markets and worked tirelessly to implement effective campaigns across the nation. She was also responsible for recruiting and developing her small team of three, who were able to successfully launch the business to the French market. Perrine then moved on to join as Head of Marketing at Volta Data Centres, spearheading analysis and research into 25 new potential customers for the business. She was also responsible for overhauling the company’s website and won countless awards for the business.
She finally acted as the Marketing Director for PagerDuty, helping to pioneer great change for the business after just one year with the company. Pushing the then private start-up business to become a public company, Perrine was able to play a part in the 40% year on year growth of the EMEA section of the business. During her time with PagerDuty, Perrine’s hard work and determination saw her named as the Best Sales Contributor.
Whilst working for PagerDuty, Perrine founded Inspired Human to provide diversity and inclusion coaching to corporate clients. Since founding Inspired Human, Perrine is now internationally sought as a keynote speaker and as an expert on diversity and inclusion. With over a decade’s experience of building inclusive teams in technology, Perrine has driven initiatives of diversity and inclusion for high-profile businesses across the globe. She has previously acted as a judge at the Diversity in Tech Awards and has also forged a reputation as a professional speaker for top corporate clients. She has previously performed at events such as the 2020 Diana Initiative Conference, 2020 WomenTech Global Conference and the 2020 Dublin Tech Summit to name but a few. Sought to help corporate clients increase workforce engagement and retention, align leaders on diversity and inclusion and simple yet effective frameworks for diversity, Perrine is a leading authority in inspiring a more inclusive world.
