Sheena Tanna-Shah is an award-winning wellbeing expert, author, speaker and founder of Inspiring Success, where she helps individuals and organisations create lasting positive change through mindfulness, mindset and transformation. A certified Rapid Transformation Therapist, NLP Practitioner, and Mindfulness, Meditation and Breathwork Practitioner, Sheena is recognised for her compassionate, practical approach to mental wellbeing and personal growth. Her ability to connect authentically with others, combined with her personal story of resilience, makes her a powerful and relatable voice in the world of mental health and self-improvement.
Sheena’s professional journey began in healthcare, where she built a successful career as an Optometrist—a role she continues part-time alongside her wellbeing practice. However, her personal struggles with anxiety, self-worth and validation became the catalyst for a deeper purpose. Determined to find freedom from the limitations that held her back, Sheena immersed herself in transformative therapies and mindfulness training. Her lived experience now forms the foundation of her coaching philosophy, helping others navigate life’s challenges with empathy, clarity and confidence.
In 2020, Sheena founded Inspiring Success, an organisation dedicated to helping people and businesses build healthier, more balanced lives. Through her one-to-one sessions, corporate workshops and public speaking, she delivers strategies that combine science, mindset and mindfulness to create real and lasting change. She is also the author of two empowering books, Perfectly Imperfect Mum and The Power of Being Perfectly Imperfect, both of which encourage readers to embrace authenticity and self-acceptance over perfection.
Sheena’s work has gained national attention, with features on ITV’s This Morning, BBC News, BBC Radio, Hello! Magazine, Metro, Daily Mail and The Mirror, where she shares insights on mental health, self-esteem and resilience. In recognition of her excellence and contribution to both eye care and wellbeing, she was named Optometrist of the Year 2023. Today, Sheena continues to inspire others through her speaking engagements, workshops and therapy practice, helping people unlock their potential, cultivate self-compassion and live life perfectly imperfect.
