Currently serving as Executive Director at Dairy Management Inc., he leads transformative strategies to align agriculture with environmental stewardship and technological innovation. Caleb’s journey began in architecture, earning a B.A.Arch from Washington University in St. Louis in 2005 and later completing his M.Arch at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2013. Early in his career, he worked as a designer at PageSoutherlandPage and Ansell and Bailey Architects, later expanding into urban research and planning through roles with the City of Buenos Aires, the Singapore University of Technology and Design, and the Delhi Development Authority. These formative years gave Caleb an exceptional command of systems thinking and urban design, which laid the foundation for his pivot into sustainability and agricultural innovation. His tenure as a Research Scientist at MIT Media Lab saw him found the Open Agriculture Initiative, a project developing open-source "Food Computers" to improve urban agriculture, research, education, and food access.
Since 2020, Caleb has led Dairy Management Inc., advancing cutting-edge agricultural technologies that support climate-smart farming and sustainable dairy production. He is a National Geographic Explorer, a member of the World Economic Forum’s Transformation Leaders Network, and has presented at global stages including the UN-HABITAT World Urban Forum.
