As head coach of the Great Britain Paralympic Team, Jon has created and lead a high performance team of staff and athletes through a transformation of culture and performance resulting in huge success in the Rio 2016 Paralympics.
The team finished No1 in the cycling medal table and helped contribute to one of Great Britain's most successful Paralympics of all time. He coaches some of the most talented and inspirational athletes on the planet with a no compromise approach to creating the highest levels of performance.
Outside his role with Great Britain Cycling Team, Jon has worked with a variety of organisations including Santander, UK Sport, Lloyds Bank, The Premier League and FA, delivering performance coaching, mentoring and keynote presentations.
He is currently working the premier league as a mentor on the elite coach apprenticeship scheme and also works with a number of financial institutions in the city, coaching fund managers on elite performance habits and decision making under pressure.
