Hitesh Ramchandani was afflicted with cerebral palsy at birth, which he did not let define him. Founder of BTN Physio Hub, which is the biggest Physiotherapy Clinic in Asia, he is an Ambassador for the Cerebral Palsy Alliance. Hitesh is now available to speak at a variety of events, where he shares more about his story, leadership, resilience, diversity, inclusion, and motivation.
Named one of the 101 Top Global Diversity and Inclusion Leaders, he has presented over 400 keynote addresses in his career. His TEDx Talk “How to Create a Better Than Normal India” has over 20,000 views. With over 8 years of experience as a motivational speaker, he has worked with industry leaders like Deutsche Bank, SAP, Coca-Cola, GSK, Siemens, Reebok, Tata, Aviva, Flipkart, AIG, and Microsoft to name a few.
Hitesh completed his BBA from the Singapore Institute of Management. He soon after became a professional Para-Athlete at Sport Singapore, where he became a Bronze Medalist in the 2015 ASEAN Paralympic Games, and a Silver Medalist in the 2013 ASEAN Paralympic Games. Today, he is the author of “Better Than Normal”. Hitesh’s book has sold over 30,000 copies all over the world and he was selected for the SINDA Achievement of the Year award. He also frequently appears on radio and TV shows as well as in magazines.
