Abigail Barnes has a new lease on life after she recovered from an unanticipated near-death experience in 2012. Founder and CEO of Success by Design Training, Abigail created the holistic 888 method of productivity – a framework that suggests that people audit their life against metrics such as rest, activity, and work, allotting 8 hours of their day to each. Obtaining a BA Hons Degree in Business and Marketing Management from Oxford Brookes University and a Professional Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from The Chartered Institute of Marketing, Abigail started working as a Sales and Marketing Assistant at Williams de Broe. She has since worked as a Marketing Executive at GAM, Marketing Manager at First State Investments, Marketing Consultant at Lloyds Banking Group, and Senior Institutional Marketing Manager at Threadneedle Investments. She has considerable experience in Financial Services Marketing.

In 2020 Abigail produced and hosted the Productive Wellbeing Show as a guide to navigating remote working. She also hosts the It’s Your Time Show where she brings on entrepreneurs and professionals to reiterate that changing the way one invests their time is central to success. She is also the author of “Time Management for Entrepreneurs and Professionals: How to Turn Time into Productivity” and its corresponding workbook.
