TJ studied Psychology, Health Science and Neuroscience, completing both a BSc and MSc before going on to lecture at the University of Exeter. His academic focus spans health science, sport psychology and paediatrics, giving him a broad understanding of how brain chemistry influences performance across different environments. In 2022, TJ co-founded Neurify, an organisation dedicated to neuroscience-based training and development. Building on this foundation, he founded DOSE Lab in 2024, centred around his DOSE framework, which focuses on the four key brain chemicals that influence mood, drive and focus. That same year, he authored the Sunday Times bestselling book 'The DOSE Effect', which quickly gained national recognition for making neuroscience accessible and actionable.
TJ now delivers DOSE training to leading organisations, including Amazon, Accenture, Coca-Cola, the NHS and the SLB Cambridge Scientific Research Centre team. He has appeared on major platforms such as 'On Purpose' with Jay Shetty, sharing insights on digital wellbeing, attention and mental performance.
