Cristiana Pace has been at the helm of innovation and leadership in motorsport for over 20 years. Today the Founder and CEO of Sustainability and Strategic Management at Enovation Consulting Ltd., she is building sustainability strategies for the motorsport and sport industry, including Formula 1 teams like Haas, Williams Racing, and Alpha Tauri. Known for her expertise in technology transfer, motorsport, e-mobility, STEM and diversity, Cristiana is available to speak at a wide range of events.
Equipped with an Engineering Degree from Bologna University, MSc in Motorsport and Management Engineering Cranfield University, and a PhD in Sustainability, Business, and Strategic Management, the stage was set for Cristiana to become the next big thing in motorsport strategy. Most notably Cristiana has been the Head of Sales and Business Development at EM Motorsports and then served as the Business Development Manager of Motorsport Programmes at Williams Advanced Engineering. She is also credited with being the first woman to work trackside for FIA’s technical departments and served as the FIA’s Research and Senior Consultant in the areas of safety, electronic systems and new developments.
Whilst working as the STC Transport and Sustainability Consultant at the World Bank, Cristiana was also on the Environmental and Sustainability Commission at the FIA. Now a Board Member of the British Association for Sustainable Sport, she sits on the Sustainability Committee for Motorsport UK. Dedicated to making motorsports more diverse than how she found it, Cristiana an Ambassador for the FIA Girls on Track cause and works on Susie Wolff’s Dare to Be Different campaign, having been named as one of the Top 50 Engineering Heroes by The Guardian. She has also worked closely with the Princess Grace of Monaco Foundation on the Grace Influential Positive Impact Award on F1.
Currently, she is the Ambassador at Silverstone Technology Cluster, Senior Technical Sustainability Consultant at Jamie Dye Limited, and Honorary Research Fellow at Coventry University. Cristiana’s contribution to the safety, sustainability, technology transfer and diversity in motorsports is significant.
