Dorthe is recognised for being an impact-driven executive with significant experience working for prestigious B2B and B2C companies, across multiple sectors, including renewable energy, industrials and consumer goods. She was previously with Nike, Vestas, Bestseller and Hempel, and her profound experience advising on and developing sustainable business strategies has substantially contributed to her ability to form positive bottom-line results, create future-fit businesses and position companies as thought leaders.
Throughout her career, Dorthe has held several high-profile jobs including EVP of Corporate Affairs & Chief Sustainability Officer for Bestseller, VP of Sustainability & Government Affairs for Hempel, Director of Global Sustainability Policy for NIKE and she presently serves as an Independent Board Director and Executive Advisor. Moreover, she has co-founded sustainability initiatives such as Invest FWD and she was on the Global Fashion Agenda Steering Committee between 2017-2019 and the We Mean Business: Climate Coalition Steering Committee between 2015-2017.
