Beth Davies is the Adjunct Professor at IE Business school, Former Director of Learning at Tesla, keynote speaker, and host of the Career Curves Podcast. With 25 years of experience working for some of the leading companies in the area of learning and development, Beth is a proficient speaker on innovation business scalability and employee development.
Holding a BA in Sociology from Indiana University and Law JD from Stanford Law School. Beth has made a tangible impact in all the companies she worked for throughout her career, providing innovative talent and learning solutions.
Some of her accomplishments include relaunching the employee development program at Apple, which was previously cut. In just four weeks Beth created all the training material for the new Microsoft stores and personally conducted the training of 500 employees for the first five stores. At Tesla, she played a significant role in supporting employee growth from 12,000 to 30,000 in six years, ensuring the onboarding curriculum echoes the company’s core message.
Drawing on her vast expertise in delivering state of the art talent and learning solutions, Beth founded HR Reimagined in 2017. As the lead consultant, she provides innovative solutions primarily for start-ups, helping them establish talent management strategies in line with their cultures. Some clients include Samsung, Lendup, Livongo, Coaching Right Now, Ubits and Nuro.
As the Adjunct Professor at IE Business School, Beth teaches in the Talent Development & Human Resources Master’s program. Articulate and highly knowledgeable, she has been voted twice as the Best Professor by Students.
