Toju Duke believes in the several benefits of AI but is also aware of all the perils and harms associated with it, especially affecting those from underrepresented communities. To combat this, she is the Founder of Diverse AI – a volunteer led membership organisation that supports diversity in AI through education, research, and collaboration. Toju is now available to speak at a wide range of events on her glowing career so far, ethical AI practices, embracing AI technologies in marketing and the science behind AI frameworks.
Toju’s book “Building Responsible AI Algorithms” introduces as responsible AI framework, guiding readers on how to mitigate the risks that AI technologies may ensue. Toju’s MSc in Artificial Intelligence and Computer Science from Bircham International University, serves as a solid foundation for her expertise in artificial intelligence, and its ethical and responsible application. At Diverse AI she is catering to those who belong to underrepresented groups, who wish to upskill, or those who are looking for a community of likeminded individuals – so that there is inclusivity and diversity in AI.
