Now seen as an expert in business and entrepreneurship, Sajan has turned his head to public speaking, by offering advice and insight into his own personal experience building a business from scratch, and how he achieved success in the business world.
Sajan has also been the main force behind a number of business ventures, such as Igloo Images, a business that helps to create an individual digital marketing brand for companies, and YO Label, a business that specialises in creating wholesale labels for organisations.
After leaving University, Sajan entered the world of recruitment, where he quickly moved up the ladder into a Head of HR role. It was in this role that Sajan realised the demands of being a company hiring talent, and the issues that clients face on a daily basis in the pursuit of employment, which is where his idea of Talent 4 Tomorrow began to develop. Talent 4 Tomorrow is a talent recruitment company that aims to help Millennials into a sustainable career.
During his time on The Apprentice, Sajan learnt invaluable experience from Lord Sugar about the corporate world, a process that has further motivated and inspired him to continue in his business ventures and to encourage others to do so.
Sajan is a passionate and engaging individual that provides advice and knowledge into how to grow a business, as well as motivate individuals to achieve more. With a particular interest in Millenials, Sajan wants to encourage young people to go for their goals and succeed in an extremely competitive market.
