Dr Paul Redmond has forged a successful career working at some of the countries top universities, currently working as the Director of Student Experience & Enhancement at the University of Liverpool. Having also worked at The University of Manchester, Paul is an expert in equipping graduates with everything they need to get a job after university and is also a published author on the subject. Beginning his career in academia back in 1997, Paul first worked as the Deputy Director of Student Services at Liverpool Hope University.
