His professional journey began in law, clerking at the U.S. Department of Justice and the Illinois Attorney General’s Office before joining Wheeler, Van Sickle & Anderson S.C. as Associate Attorney. For over five years, he represented clients in high-stakes litigation, compliance and regulatory challenges, particularly in the energy sector. These experiences built his foundation of resilience, precision and advocacy under pressure.
Driven by curiosity and the desire to contribute to the future of finance, Vincent transitioned into the emerging world of blockchain and digital assets. He became COO and General Counsel of Armoury Technologies, supporting the development of some of the most secure Bitcoin wallet systems, and went on to found Digital Numismatics LLC, where he advised on blockchain strategy and presented his landmark talk “Blockchain 101: A Divided World.” His pivot into cybersecurity as a Security Engineer at INOC further highlighted his adaptability, where he mastered ISO compliance, GDPR and penetration testing.
Vincent then joined Accenture as Senior Manager, leading global projects in digital assets, custody and CBDCs. In 2023, he founded Otranto Limited, providing strategy, management and security consultancy services in digital finance.
