McArthur currently co-runs Sculpture Consulting Ltd to help high profile businesses create a more relaxed environment for their employees as well as formulating a business strategy that considers their personal development. He also now combines the varied skills that he has accumulated over this long career to become a business motivational speaker.
Determined to exceed low expectations made by his school teachers, Scott studied biology and psychology at university. It was whilst reading for his degree that he established his in-depth understanding of human behaviours and the wants and needs of the brain in which he now uses to advise significantly large businesses. Companies such as Marks & Spencer, Sainsbury's and the UK Olympic Authority have all benefitted from McArthur’s workshops in which boost understanding of human psychology in order to improve their HR departments.
Having spoken as a visiting lecturer at many British universities and as a TEDx speaker, Scott has become a highly-regarded business speaker. He also uses his leading expertise in his own business consultancy in which he runs alongside Samantha Barklam, offering advice to the likes of Superdry, Specsavers and Atos.
With his natural charisma and dynamic approach, Scott is able to form relationships with his audience in order to engage and educate them on his incredible insights into how to overcome obstacles in modern business. Having been published in a wide range of areas from leadership development and mindfulness to personal development and human resources, McArthur is considered a psychological genius within the business world.
