Initially starting his career at Diageo and Bass Brewers, as an executive creative marketer, he developed a passion for creativity and innovation. Jim then joined the innovation consultancy company ?WhatIf!, where he spent the next 10 years of his life helping establish and lead its training business whilst sitting on the UK board.
His wealth of knowledge in innovation and creativity is unmatched and is often used by businesses specialists and renowned international brands, such as Unilever, Diageo, ITV and Nike, to help realise their potential.
Jim has had the opportunity to speak on 6 different continents and has also worked with socially innovative projects such as Massai Leaders and the Nike Girl Effect. He uses his passion to motivate and mentor others, and has spoken at a variety of schools and lectured at multiple academic establishments, including Oxford University's SBS and The London Business School.
