This combination of adventure and lack of motivational guidance clearly inspired Anthony who these days is frequently seen on major TV channels or delivering presentations to rapturous audiences across Europe and Asia. Now recognised globally as an explorer, entrepreneur, team builder and highly motivational speaker, Anthony Willoughby has often appeared in such renowned and respected business-based international publications as The Economist, the Financial Times and the Asian Wall Street Journal.
Author of the book In Search of Inspiration, Willoughby enthrals audiences at conferences and other corporate events with his often amusing tales of hitch-hiking around America, managing the world skipping champion Katsumi Suzuki, climbing China’s 7,546m (or 24,575ft) Mt Mustagh Ata, and setting up the motivational team-building business called I Will Not Complain, which came to have offices in Singapore, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Beijing and Tokyo.
Since then, Anthony has developed his ‘territory mapping’ approach which helps businesses to tackle complicated issues with relative ease and see where they are going more clearly than was previously possible.
