Having held senior positions at some of the world’s most influential agencies and organisations, including Chief Strategy Officer of Ogilvy UK, Chief Strategy Officer of Dentsu McGarryBowen London, Head of Strategy at Wieden+Kennedy London and Head of Consumer Planning at BT, Kevin understands how original thinking can transform performance. Throughout his career, Kevin has worked with major international brands including adidas, M&S, LEGO, KPMG, Google, YouTube, Eurostar, PureGym, Jaguar Land Rover and Telstra. At Ogilvy UK, he headed a department of more than 60 strategists and helped lead the agency to a record new business year in 2017, securing more than £165 million of new business. He later co-founded Harbour Collective, which became a Top 20 independent agency according to Campaign, before selling and exiting the business. Today, through Kevin Chesters Consulting, he advises and trains organisations around the world.
Kevin is also the co-author of the Amazon bestseller ‘The Creative Nudge’, a practical exploration of how small behavioural changes can help people think differently and become more creative.
