After achieving a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and Management, Silvia’s first major role saw her work as a Health Care Marketing Manager for SCA Hygiene Products. Here she built her expertise in B2C and B2B marketing, along with the execution of salesforce training. In 2001, Silvia joined Coca-Cola and has since worked in a range of leadership positions from communications to corporate relations. She is best known for her role as Director of Global Marketing, Communications, Innovation, Leadership and Futurism for Coca-Cola, and achieved double-digit growth and higher employee performance during her time in senior management at Coca-Cola.
After working for Coca-Cola for almost 16 years, Silvia left and became the Founder and CEO of Feel Logic and Happiest Places to Work. In her role as CEO, Silvia oversees the application of the latest research into human behaviour and the science of human emotion to business operations. A revered consultant, Silvia combines knowledge of behavioural science and neuroscience with her hands-on skills to improve the experience in the workplace – shaping the future of work. Outside of working for Coca-Cola and her company, Silvia has also acted as a Board member and Expert Advisor for Welcoming America and gained certification as a Certified Coach.
